Little Mamba ("we", "the app") is an internal monitoring tool operated by Bullseye Sellers. It shows TikTok Shop sellers that we manage, and their account managers, a simple daily view of shop performance.
What data we access
Only after a seller authorizes the app through TikTok Shop, and only the following read-only, shop-level data:
- Shop information (shop name and region).
- Aggregated shop performance: sales (GMV), number of orders, and their daily totals.
- Shop health: Shop Performance Score and policy violation notices.
- Fulfillment status counts, such as the number of orders that are late to ship.
- Affiliate sample counts (approved samples).
What we do not access
We do not display, store, or process buyer personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails). We do not modify products, orders, prices or any other shop data. The app is read-only.
How we use it
Data is used only to show aggregated metrics to the seller and to the Bullseye Sellers team that manages the shop. We do not sell, rent, or share the data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Storage and security
Access tokens and aggregated daily totals are stored encrypted on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States. Access to the app requires a login. Data is kept while the seller keeps the app authorized; when a seller revokes access in TikTok Shop Seller Center, we delete their tokens and data within 30 days.
